By creating an account or using Universe Hotline, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Universe Hotline is a playful oracle and decision-support tool. Answers are generated by AI and are meant for reflection, entertainment, and inspiration. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make after using the service.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear to be compromised.
Each call to the Universe costs one credit. New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
The monthly membership is $5 USD per month and includes 25 credits that reset each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account page or through the billing portal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

Universe Hotline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that answers will be accurate, useful, or appropriate for your situation. The service is for entertainment and reflection purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universe Hotline and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
